In case you are unfamiliar with traveling to Las Vegas on a Big Savings package, let us explain this great opportunity! We have teamed up with a premeir Las Vegas resort on the strip. Our goal is to introduce you to their vacation ownership plans, resorts, amenities, and infamous Las Vegas pool by having you attend a VIP resort tour while visiting Vegas. You will spend a very small portion of your trip exploring the opportunity of owning your vacations for life and viewing what makes this resort program so great! The big savings you receive on these packages is passed on by this resort as a thank you for attending the VIP tour. The following qualifications must be met to take advantage of a Big Savings Package.

PACKAGE QUALIFICATIONS

If Married, at least one spouse must be 25-75 years old. The couple must have a combined household annual income of at least $40,000. The couple must attend the resort VIP tour together.

If Cohabitating, at least one partner must be 25-75 years old. The couple must have a combined household annual income of at least $40,000. The couple must provide proof of joint residency (e.g. drivers license, checkbook, utilitiy bills), and both partners must attend the resort VIP tour together.

No Single Men currently accepted, single women must be 28-75 years old. Must be a homeowner, and have an annual income of no less than $40,000 per year.

Each Spouse or partner must have two forms of identification. One form being a government issued photo ID, drivers license, or passport. The second being a checkbook, major credit card, and/or debit card with VISA/MASTERCARD logo.

You must be a United States resident. This includes both partners or spouses.

You must attend and complete the 90-120 minute timely sales presentation of resort.

You may not have attended a Pacific Monarch Resort presentation in the last 12 months, nor may you be a current owner, member or client of Pacific Monarch Resorts.

Guests must qualify for this offer in order to be eligable. To qualify, you must simply meet all the above listed qualifications. You will need to travel with your 2 forms of ID and present them upon presentation check in.

PACKAGE TERMS

This vacation is valid for up to 2 adults and 2 children 18 and under. The vacation package is valid for 1 year (12 months). This package is part of a resort promotion. We are able to offer low priced, quality vacations in exchange for guests taking a small amount of time to view our feature resort's vacation opportunities. Guests will be required to attend a presentation lasting approximately 90-120 minutes on Vacation Ownership at the hosting resort. Qualifications of this package must be met in order to take advantage of this offer. Failure to attend presentation or qualify will result in customer paying difference of package price and actual cost. You only view the resort once and the rest of the vacation time is yours! There is absolutely no obligation whatsoever! Your simple attendance is all that is required! We deal directly with the resort when booking your vacation. A credit card, or debit card must be used to purchase this vacation. We will connect you directly with the resort for live confirmation and payment. The show tickets in this package may require that you purchase one beverage per adult. Buffets are valid for the Sahara. We reserve the right to change to buffet location to that of an equal or greater value. Enterprise car rental discount is valid through resort concierge only. The discount is an actual discount and not a coupon or voucher. 50% off of golf discount card valid on participating courses and all courses are subject to change. $100 slot play is valid only at Casino Royale.

BLACKOUT DATES: April 11,12,18,19,25,26 Nov 27-30, 2008 Dec 24-31, 2008

There are a few blackout dates on this package and no Tuesday or Wednesday check-ins will be allowed, unless purchasing additional nights. Guests may travel almost any weekend they like. This is subject to availability. All holiday travel will require an additional $200 total fee. All travel documents will be sent by mail directly from the resort. Resort will require credit card for any additional room charges (pay-per-view, long distance, etc.) and to guarantee reservation at time of booking. BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be received within 4 days of arrival date.
Failure to cancel with in 4 days will result in $25 reinstatement fee.
Please try to book at least 2 weeks out from arrival.
